We want you to be happy with your MIMICO purchase. If something isn’t right, we’ll do our best to make it right.
Change of mind
Please choose carefully, as we do not offer refunds or exchanges for change of mind or incorrect size. If you’re unsure about sizing or availability, contact us before ordering and we can help.
Faulty or damaged items
If you receive a faulty, damaged, or incorrect item, please email enquiries@mimico.co.nz within 14 days of receiving your order. Include your order141 number, a short description of the issue, and photos if possible.
Once assessed, we’ll arrange a replacement, repair, or refund in line with the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993.
How to return an item
If a return is approved, we’ll provide instructions and a return address. Items must be unused, in original condition, and with all tags or packaging. Please package returns securely; we’re not responsible for items lost or damaged in transit.
Refunds
Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method once the returned item has been received and checked. Please allow up to 10 business days for processing.
Exchanges
Where possible, we can exchange an item for the same product in a different size or colour. Exchanges depend on stock availability at the time of request.
Shipping costs
Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the item is faulty or incorrect.
