Shipping Policy
Order Processing
All orders are processed within 3–5 business days. During this time, your order will be packed, checked and prepared for dispatch. You’ll receive a confirmation email once your order has been shipped.
Please note that orders are not processed on weekends or public holidays. If we’re experiencing a high volume of orders or temporary stock delays, we’ll contact you by email with an update.
Shipping Times
Once dispatched, delivery times will vary depending on your location and courier network. Most New Zealand orders arrive within 2–5 business days after dispatch. Rural delivery may take a few days longer.
We currently ship within New Zealand only.
Shipping Costs
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your delivery address and order size. Occasionally, we may offer free shipping promotions on selected items or order values.
Tracking and Delivery
You’ll receive a tracking number once your order has been sent. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking details to activate. MIMICO is not responsible for courier delays or items lost or damaged in transit, though we’ll do our best to help if issues arise.
Click & Collect (if applicable)
If Click & Collect becomes available, you’ll receive an email once your order is ready for pickup from your nominated MIMICO branch. Please bring your order confirmation when collecting.
